Invest Vadi

The long-awaited project of Invest İnşaat, Investvadi, is being implemented in Sarıyer - Ayazağa region, which has become one of the most valuable points of Istanbul. Investvadi, the third project of Invest Construction in the region, rises on a 23 thousand 500 square meter plot at the most valuable point of Ayazağa. Today, the Ayazağa region, which we call the 'Vadi', has become one of the most valuable locations in Istanbul. The whole quality of the region has changed with Vadistanbul, which we brought to life as a joint venture, Vadikoru, which we developed right after, and Investvadi, which we started to build in the same region. Investvadi, which we positioned at the most valuable point of the region. We are developing the project with an investment of 2.3 billion TL. In the contract of the project we started the construction work, we undertake to deliver it in 24 months, but we aim to complete it in as little as 18 months. We aim to deliver our Investvadi project before the promised date, as we have done in all our projects so far.
